A ripe, cool and airy nose combines notes of spiced plum with those of wood, anise and soft earth wisps. The round, energetic and equally well-detailed flavors culminate in a mildly austere, linear and tautly muscular finish. This would benefit from having more depth and will need it to achieve the upper end of my projected range.
